Sixth Degree Black Belt Sensei Alex Ndem is a former member of the USA Shotokan National Karate Team and a two-time Karate world champion.

With over 25 years of martial arts practice and more than ten years of teaching experience, Sensei Alex is a certified personal trainer and a recognized master instructor of Karate. He holds a degree in physical education from the University of Paris in France and has earned certifications from several prestigious US institutions.
